Hi
I'm just getting into sewing and have done some quilting so far. I'm looking for a really simple pattern for a long maxi skirt as my first clothing project!
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Jennie

Welcome from me too....a maxi skirt should be fairly simple - hope it goes well.
In case you are not aware
www.sewdirect.com
have all the patterns and at the moment Vogue patterns are half price - they will have the big box patterns at half price on a rota basis. It's a good time to stock up.

@OutdoorGirlie
just remembered, a maxi skirt with elasticated waist was the first thing I made, I followed a tut on youtube and it was pleasantly straightforward. All I remember is dividing measurements by 4 and cutting two triangular-ish pieces on the fold..... if that helps
