Trying to do a back like this but mine is gaping in between the straps, where they ate attached to the sides. Where have I gone wrong?

Did you re-inforce the back where the straps attach to help stop it stretching out and gaping?

A strip of powermesh like on a bra between the side seam and cup.

Hopefully back more regularly! Ballroom sewing may be permanently paused but bag making is the current focus.

How have you done the sides? Depending on the design, it may help to elasticate them. As there is no picture to see what you have done, this is only a guess as to how to rectify it.
