Artista dress

Has anyone made this dress? Does it come up big? Did you use bust or upper bust measurement to determine what size to do. I fall between 2 sizes and tempted to go with the smaller size as I find loose fitting dress patterns tend to veer toward the large size.

Finished measurements are given.  I’d expect it to have between 5 and 8 “ of ease.

Yes I have seen the finished measurements but I find that with indie patterns these very often do not correlate with the finished garment hence asking if anyone had made it.

Ahhh I see.  I know she used to have free patterns every so often.  Can’t help with this I’m afraid 
It’s an interesting design.
